Oscar's Cooking and Handling Instructions
All Oscar's products are fully cooked except for the slab and sliced bacon. All of our products are good for 10 days without refrigeration because of the curing, smoking, cooking and packaging. However, after you receive the
product put it in your refrigerator or freezer to insure the
best flavor. All products are good in the refrigerator for
up to 30 days and in the freezer for up to 6 months.
