Oscar's Product Cooking and Handling Instructions

All Oscar's products are fully cooked except for the slab and sliced bacon.  All of our products are good for 10 days without refrigeration because of the curing, smoking, cooking and packaging. However, after you receive the product put it in your refrigerator or freezer to insure the best flavor. All products are good in the refrigerator for up to 30 days and in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Bone-In Ham: 15 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Boneless Ham: 10 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Spiral Cut Ham: 10 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Smoked Leg or Lamb 10 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Petite Ham: 10 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Sausages: Pan Fry or Broil Until Brown
All Bacons: Fry or Broil Slowly to Your Liking
Smoked Pork Tenderloin: 10 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Smoked Boneless Turkey or Turkey Breast: 15 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Smoked Bone-In Turkey Breast or Turkey: 15 Minutes per lb. at 325°
Bone-In or Boneless Smoked Chicken: 15 Minutes per lb. at 325°
